Privacy policy
We understand that privacy concerns are extremely important to our customers and we are committed to protecting your personal information. We would like to assure you that all of the personal data you provide to us is kept private and confidential and is protected against unauthorized access.

We do not sell, rent or divulge your personal information to any third party. We do not use Cookies or any other technology to collect or store information about you other than information you voluntarily give to us. The only time we may release account and/or other personal information is when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our customers, or others.

Return/Refund Policy
At Don Pedro Cigars we stand behind all of our products. We inspect and pack all orders with care and believe you will be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there may be times when items are damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly shipped and need to be returned.

In the event you need to make a return, please send an email to returns@donpedrocigars.com or contact our Customer Support department at (888) 883-8440 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To receive a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt in the original package in which they were received*. After 30 days a merchandise credit will be issued that can be used at any time.

All returns must have a valid RMA number, which should be clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel in order for the receiving department to accept it. Your refund/credit will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise. Please note that returned goods not bearing an RMA number on the outside of the packaging may be subject to processing delays.

* In the event that you return only a portion of the order, you will be credited for the portion of merchandise returned minus the shipping charges and minus the listed price of the merchandise kept. Any promotional items not returned with the order will be charged at the regular on site price.

Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping & Rates

  • We ship to the United States, its territories, and to APO and FPO addresses. Our products are shipped by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx from our Puerto Rico warehouse. The following guidelines apply:
  • In-stock orders received by 2pm GMT (Monday thru Friday) are usually shipped the same day
  • 7% sales tax applied to all Puerto Rico shipments
  • Due to FAA regulations, lighters must be shipped via ground parcel services. Express shipping is not available
  • Shipments to PO Boxes, Montana, Washington, FPO, APO, Virgin Islands, and Guam are shipped Priority Mail. Upgrade options are not available. Insurance charges may be applied
  • Please note that the United States Postal Service does not provide delivery confirmation on shipments to APO/FPO military addresses.

When you are ready to check out, you may choose between the following options for U.S destinations: 1) USPS Priority Mail (3 - 5 Days) or USPS Express Mail (1 - 2 Days depending on location), 2) FedEx Standard Overnight, or FedEx 2 Day. Our Shipping and Handling charges are based on the weight of the package, where it is shipping from and where it is shipping to. Our website connects directly to USPS, and FedEx during the checkout process to give you the most up to date and accurate rates possible.

Certain items, such as oversized merchandise, and other shipments may require additional shipping charges. Any such charges will be noted on your checkout page before ordering.

For any order shipping to Puerto Rico, sales tax will automatically be added to the invoice total. Any other taxes or fees associated with shipments outside the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are the responsibility of the purchaser to report/pay as directed by their local jurisdiction/country.

Free Shipping
When we offer FREE Shipping on our website, it means we will ship your purchase to you "free of charge” via standard ground shipping. Our Free Shipping offer is only available to addresses within the Continental United States and Puerto Rico.

Improper Address
If you do not provide us with a complete proper address, or if you request the package to be delivered to another address (other than the one you originally provided us with) and our shipping company charges us, your credit card will be charged for any extra cost incurred.

International Shipping
Currently we do not offer international shipping (except via APO/FPO military addresses). This is primarily due to additional customs documentation and excessive tariffs, taxes, duties, and fees. We will continue to monitor regulatory requirements for changes that will make future international shipping opportunities more feasible.

Don Pedro Cigars reserves the right to modify its policies discretionally, at any moment, and without prior notice. As such, we may occasionally update our website’s policies as necessary to protect our users and to comply with a changing environment. We recommend that you check the website’s policies when you visit to be sure you are aware of and understand our current policy. We will not make material changes in how we handle previously collected personal information that have retroactive effect unless legally required to do so.
