Can I track my order?
Absolutely! After your order has shipped, you will receive an order tracking number and you can log into our website at anytime to track the progress of your order.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes! We will ship to Post Office Boxes via US Postal Priority Mail (USPS Priority Mail arrives in 3 business days) as well as APO and FPO military addresses. Express delivery service is not available for these shipments and, unfortunately, we can not provide you with a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not offer international shipping (except via APO/FPO military addresses). This is primarily due to additional customs documentation and excessive tariffs, taxes, duties, and fees. We will continue to monitor regulatory requirements for changes that will make future international shipping opportunities more feasible.
I’m planning a visit to Puerto Rico and would like to enjoy your cigars while I’m there. Do you make any delivery accommodations for visitors/tourists?
We offer personal delivery services to our customers visiting the island. Just let us know where you are staying and we will arrange to have your order delivered to you within 24 hours at no additional cost.
Do you provide Cigar Rolling services for events?
Yes we do. Cigar Rolling has become a tremendously popular upscale activity for special events such as wedding receptions, corporate parties, golf outings, etc. Using our special blend of tobaccos, one of our master cigar rollers (Torcedores) will demonstrate the traditional art of cigar making right before your eyes and help contribute to a truly unforgettable experience. see more >>
